About us
One Hop was founded in 2026. We brew our beer ourselves – in Timișoara, in the west of Romania.
We brew with passion and love beers with character: from puckering sours and refreshing goses to hop-forward IPAs. At Vorgartenmarkt we pour them fresh from the keg – and we’re happy to see everyone who stops by for a taste.

Right in the middle of Vorgartenmarkt we pour our own craft beers: lager, IPA, sour, gose and a seasonal selection. Our little stand is an easy-going meeting spot in the neighbourhood – for spontaneous encounters. Come by!
